Service Description
Service Hour Requirements:
K-2: 5 hours
3-5: 7 hours
6-12: 10 hours
*Honor Society Students must complete an additional 5 hours.
5. Date of Service *
The window of service is from June 1 - May 31st of this school year. Make sure you put in the correct day and year. Do not enter service for days in the future. Put in your service hours after the sevice has been completed.

If the time exceeds 24 hours, do two separate entries and break the time so that neither time is more than 24 hours.
